Samsung has announced that Samsung Experience Shops will launch in 1,400 Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile stores nationwide, creating a destination where consumers can explore, purchase, activate and service Samsung’s full range of mobile products including smartphones, tablets, laptops, connected cameras and accessories -- all in one location. Within the shops, Samsung Experience Consultants will assist customers with activating mobile products on the carrier of their choice, understanding their device and supporting them throughout the lifecycle of their product.

 

Detroit shoppers will be among the first to have access to the dedicated product space and expertise of the Samsung Experience Consultants, with seven stores rolling out beginning this week. Locations include:

— Westland at 35100 Cowan Rd., opening 4/11 

— Gratiot at 30701 Gratiot Ave., opening 4/12 

— Utica at 45520 Utica Park Blvd., opening 4/13 

— Ann Arbor at 3100 Lohr Rd., opening 4/15 

— Auburn Hills at 300 Brown Rd., opening 4/16 

— Oakland Mall at 412 W 14 Mile Rd., opening 4/17

 

The new openings roll out just in time for the launch of the highly-anticipated Samsung Galaxy S 4, which will be available later this quarter. Consumers can visit the Samsung Experience Shops (or www.bestbuy.com) to sign up to be notified when preorder and purchase is available at their local shop.
